Hamara Card Terms & Conditions:
Hamara card is a product of CNG Telecom Pte Ltd.
All terms, conditions and policy below applies towards the usage of Hamara Card. It is recommended to read the below terms and conditions carefully before using the cards.
Fair use policy:
The free minutes are given based on Fair use Policy. You may call the free destinations any UNLIMITED any number of times per day. As we want all our customers to enjoy the free minutes, the maximum talk time allowed per call to the free destinations are Ten minutes only. The free countries can be only called through direct call access number 64905959.
Network Access Fees:
A Network Access Fee of 25 cents is charged to the free destinations only.
A Network Access Fee of 20 cents is charged to all other countries.
Post Call surcharges:
A post call surcharges may be applied for calls to certain destinations.
Card Expiration:
Hamara card has NO EXPIRY. There is no Lifetime date set on the cards. However, customer is recommended to recharge his/her account once in every 30 days. Any amount prior to recharge will be 100% carried forward upon successful new recharge. The life time validity means the the lifetime of a calling card product Hamara Card and not the lifetime of a company, or a user or the planet. The Lifetime of Hamara card is currently set as 31-12-2013 and it maybe extended from time to time.
All minutes mentioned on the flier, poster, newspaper or any other AD materials are based on 10$ value card and direct call only.
Call back talktime minutes will vary for each destination.
